After a careful consideration, we have decided to terminate this new members site. Originally, we plan to bring all the resources to 1 single site. In this ideal world, all knowledge base, documentation, downloads as well as forum, shall be consolidated into 1 single (Joomla-powerd, no less!) site. By having it on Joomla, which we know inside-out, instead of running on Kayako system, we would be able to tailor it to our needs, any way we want it.
However it seems to create a bit of confusion on how our support system work. Our dream forum integration also seems to be an elusive dream in a utopian Joomla world. It seems that, a lot more work will be needed to achive what we wanted, and perhaps we should have wait until everything is in place before we launch a members site.
We have therefore decided to maintain our existing, "Support System and Forum" combo for all support request. You will be able to submit tickets as usual, but we will have to limit it to essential support request and all other support will be handled in the forum.
So, what happen now?
For most of you, you already have access to the http://support.azrul.com site and you should be able to continue using it. Your password should be exactly like it was before and all purchase record is up-to-date.
For new user, who made a purchase over the last 2 weeks, you might not yet have a proper account in the support site. Firstly, try the lost password page to retrive your password. If you are not yet in the system, just register yourself using the same email address as the one you use during purchase.
Once logged in, go to "My Account" page and you should be able to see all your purchase along with the latest download link in your.
